What Is the Satellite Rewards Program?
The Satellite Rewards Program (the “Program”) is designed to reward customers for doing business with Satellite Industries. Enrolled customers in good standing can earn and accumulate Loyalty Reward Points (“Reward Points”) on qualified purchases of qualified or eligible products during the Program period. Reward Points can then be redeemed for discounts on eligible Satellite products.
How Do I Earn Loyalty Reward Points?
Eligible, enrolled customers earn Reward Points on qualified purchases once payment has been received and processed (e.g., an invoice is paid in full) during the program period, as outlined in the Program Rules and Terms & Conditions.
What Do I Need To Do To Be Considered an “Eligible Participant”?
To be an eligible participant in the Program, your business account must be current and in good standing with Satellite Industries, Inc. Business accounts with past due balances or a history of late payments may be subject to Program suspension, termination, or forfeiture of Reward Points and Rewards.
How Do I Know How Many Reward Points I’ve Earned?
Your Reward Point balance is updated monthly. An electronic statement detailing your balance of current Reward Points will be emailed to you each month. You can also access your Reward Point balance through the online Customer Portal.
How Do I Redeem Loyalty Reward Points?
Eligible participants can redeem Reward Points by contacting their Satellite Account Executive or Satellite Customer Support Manager by phone or email. Once Reward Points are redeemed, a confirmation email will be sent to the Participant outlining the Reward Points used, the discount value applied, and the associated order number. Used Reward Points will be deducted from your Reward Point balance.
Why Is This Program Being Offered?
The Rewards Program is our way of showing appreciation for your continued business while helping customers maximize value on future purchases. The Program is designed to create long-term value for both our customers and Satellite Industries.
Will My Points or Rewards Expire?
In some jurisdictions, Points, Rewards, credits, vouchers, or other Program benefits may expire, be cancelled, be suspended, or be forfeited only as described in these Program Terms and only to the extent permitted by applicable law. We will not apply any expiration, cancellation, suspension, or forfeiture rule to the extent prohibited by applicable consumer protection, gift card, voucher, rewards-point, or similar law in the Participant’s jurisdiction.
Will I Be Notified Of Any Program Changes?
We may modify the Program, including earning rates, redemption values, Reward availability, eligibility criteria, and participating products or services, for legitimate business, operational, fraud-prevention, security, tax, legal, regulatory, or compliance reasons. Where required by applicable law, we will provide advance notice of material changes and/or an opportunity to redeem accrued Program Points or Reward before such changes take effect. No modification will apply to a Participant in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
Will My Data Be Used For Marketing Purposes?
Enrollment in the Program does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing communications where separate consent is required by applicable law. We may request consent to send promotional email, SMS, push notifications, or other electronic messages, and Participants may withdraw consent or unsubscribe as provided in the applicable message or account settings. We may continue to send non-marketing administrative or transactional messages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
What Data Of Mine Will You Collect?
We and our service providers may process personal information in connection with operating the Program, including account information, purchase history, Points activity, redemption history, device or online identifiers, communications preferences, fraud-prevention information, and other information described in our applicable Privacy Notices. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional disclosures, obtain consent, honor access, correction, deletion, portability, opt-out, or objection rights, and apply restrictions on cross-border transfers, profiling, targeted advertising, or third-party sharing.
Are The Points and Rewards The Same Everywhere?
Program Points, Rewards, benefits, vouchers, discounts, and redemption options may vary by jurisdiction and may be unavailable where prohibited, impractical, subject to regulatory restriction, or commercially unreasonable to provide. We may substitute a Reward of equal or greater value where permitted by applicable law, but will not do so in a manner that materially misleads Participants or deprives Participants of mandatory rights under applicable law.
Can I Obtain A Translation Of The Terms Of The Program?
We may provide translations of these Program Terms, official rules, privacy notices, or related disclosures for convenience or where required by applicable law. If required by applicable law, the local-language version will control for Participants in the applicable jurisdiction. Otherwise, in the event of a conflict between versions, the English-language version controls to the extent permitted by applicable law.
