NON-EXCLUSIVE COPYRIGHT LICENSE

I AGREE

In a time of heightened risk to intellectual property and privacy, Satellite Industries takes the protection of our brand and that of our customers seriously. Thank you in advance for your consideration in this matter and agreement to our new policy.

By accepting or downloading the provided images and/or videos (“Copyrighted Work”), Satellite Industries hereby grants you, and you accept, a limited, terminable, non-transferrable, and non-exclusive right to copy, edit, distribute, and display the Copyrighted Work or its derivatives solely for the following limited purpose of:

Incorporating the Copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, into derivative works in the form of legal marketing or promotional materials (printed or digital) for the sole purpose of promoting and selling Satellite Industries’ products. The Copyrighted Works or derivatives shall not be used in close proximity to any marketing material containing a competitor’s product without first obtaining written permission from Satellite Industries.

You agree not to distribute or disclose any internet links, website URLs, or any medium containing the Copyrighted Work without first obtaining written permission from Satellite Industries.

You agree to include the following copyright notice on all works incorporating the Copyrighted Works, in whole or in part, including any derivative works:

You agree not to use the Copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, or within derivative works to disparage or harm Satellite Industries, any of its products, or its employees in any way.

Satellite Industries retains all other rights in the Copyrighted Work. Any works created by you using the Copyrighted Work shall be owned by, and you hereby assign ownership to, Satellite Industries. In lieu of claiming ownership rights to derivative works, Satellite Industries’ may request and you agree to comply with the removal of the Copyrighted Works, in whatever form, from any derivative works.

Satellite Industries has the right, within its sole discretion, to terminate this license by providing you with notice of termination, in any form. In the event of termination, you agree to immediately stop using the Copyrighted Work and its derivatives, and you agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to remove the Copyrighted Work, and its derivatives, from any and all platforms (printed or digital).
