Managing business growth in a healthy way. Don't let the snowball run you over!
13 years ago, Tanis Jamar (owner, J Bar Enterprises) and her husband started their portable restroom business...
and they didn't know what they didn't know. Scaling their successful business from 15 restrooms to 200 then 500 and now 2000 happened fast and fierce… but in the early days it was a monster growing out of control and they felt powerless! Learning that you can't do it all and getting help along the way was critical to their continued success. Recognizing things that they wish they would have known, and done, at key milestones for "good", healthy, and more profitable growth. Hear from Tanis as she shares her playbook of growth strategies developed from lessons learned.

7 important steps of your sales cycle
Shaping the focus of your team and turning your drivers into a portable restroom sales force.
Prior to entering the world of portable Sanitation, Kelly Luf (VP, A Royal Flush) spent 15 years in the luxury travel industry, climbing the ranks to a National Sales Leader. One of her biggest responsibilities as a leader was shaping their sales training program. Selling travel was perhaps one of the hardest products as its non-tangible, and in order to build repeat/referral business (the foundation of all good sales environments) she needed to focus on the experience from the first greeting to the follow up. Thus ‘The Cycle of the Sale’ was born. This ‘Sales Cycle’ and the Seven Important steps to complete were easily transferrable to any sales organization and the overall customer experience was enhanced due to the relationship building/qualifying steps therein.
At A Royal Flush, using this proven method, they've been able to transform their team and their drivers into a robust, portable restroom sales force. Focusing on margin drivers such as damage waivers or additional products and services; 'grading' themselves using an easy-to-use cycle score sheet.
Improve your customer experience and shape the focus your team with this interactive, engaging session that will leave you with actionable steps to apply today.

Lead Authentically with your Unique Ability and Influence
Keynote Melissa Albers

How do we balance these two dynamic forces so we can effectively grow ourselves and help others do the same? This entertaining and authentic keynote helps us better understand ourselves and learn best practices to coach our people.
Interactive Small Group Breakouts led by Melissa Albers
This high energy session builds upon the keynote discussion surrounding communication and influence in a fun, interactive experience. Using a four-quadrant tool to identify personality styles, participants will learn how to best harness the lessons from the keynote within each quadrant.
